What should I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item, faulty item, or the carrier has misplaced my package(s)?

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. 

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

So we can get this sorted for you, please fill out the get in touch form located on the main page with the following information:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

 Don't worry - we will make it right for you! Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your claim and you will receive a status update. You will receive a follow up email on the steps to take next (be prepared to send photos of the item if damaged or misprinted). Thanks for allowing our small business to grow yours!
